(ur. 2000, Katowice). Stypendystka Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego w 2019. Laureatka licznych nagród, m.in. na Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Rysowania w Zabrzu, czy też w konkursie „Studencki obraz roku”. W malarstwie skupia się na zagadnieniach psychiki ludzkiej, jej zależnościach i skutkach, oswajając tym samym pogrążoną w enigmacie rzeczywistość. W swoich pracach wykorzystuje często doświadczenia osobiste, przekształcając je w uniwersalną przestrzeń do indywidualnej interpretacji odbiorcy.

(born 2000, Katowice). She is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2019) and winner of numerous awards, i.a. at the International Drawing Festival in Zabrze or in the “Student Painting of the Year” competition. In her paintings, she focuses on the human psyche, its dependencies and effects, striving to tame the reality immersed in an enigma. In her works, she often uses her personal experiences, transforming them into a universal space for the viewer’s individual interpretation.

Osobliwość

Tytułowa Osobliwość jest gwałtowną zmianą, nagłym naruszeniem istniejącego „ładu”. Wykorzystuję zdjęcia z przeszłości zestawiając je z nienaturalnymi, odrealnionymi obiektami, które zaburzają dotychczasowy porządek – w tym wypadku beztroski okres dorastania. Jest to swoista droga od wczesnego dzieciństwa do uzyskania pełnej autonomii. Prace ukazują proces tworzenia światopoglądu w formie pewnego rodzaju gry i zabawy. Pełne alegorii i odniesień do symulacji, w której żyłam, zawierają elementy wycinanki, cyfryzacji, licznych referencji do łamigłówek, kojarzących się z poprawą umiejętności poznawczych i rozwiązywaniem problemów. Całość tworzy swoistągrę z odbiorcą, zachęcając do udziału w przeżyciu ówczesnych emocji i zrozumienia narastających trudności. Przywracam dziecięcy sposób postrzegania świata, szukając ukojenia między stale przypominającymi o sobie głębokimi ranami, a byciem tu i teraz. Tworzę pozory normalności, aby utrzymać ochronę emocjonalną oraz spójność tożsamościową. Ta forma autoterapii skłania mnie do ponownego przeżycia tamtych chwil, powrotu do poczucia zagrożenia i obawy o lepsze jutro. Dotykam kluczowego momentu w moim życiu, jakim był rozwód rodziców i tworzę własną wersję wydarzeń. Przechodzę skomplikowaną i dosyć trudną podróż w głąb moich traum i niekomfortowych sytuacji, aby w końcu dostrzec możliwość na nowe, lepsze życie – życie w obecnym momencie.

Singularity

The titular Singularity is a sudden change, a sudden violation of the existing “order”. I use photos from the past, juxtaposing them with unnatural, unreal objects that disrupt the previous order – in this case, the carefree period of adolescence. It is a kind of path from early childhood to gaining full autonomy. The works show the process of creating a worldview in the form of a kind of game and fun. Full of allegories and references to the simulation in which I lived, they contain elements of cut-outs, digitalization, numerous references to puzzles, associated with improving cognitive skills and solving problems. The whole creates a kind of game with the recipient, encouraging participation in the experience of the emotions of that time and understanding the growing difficulties. I restore the childish way of perceiving the world, seeking solace between the deep wounds that constantly remind me of themselves and being here and now. I create the appearance of normality, to maintain emotional protection and identity coherence. This form of self-therapy encourages me to relive those moments, returning to a sense of threat and fear for a better tomorrow. I touch on a key moment in my life, which was my parents' divorce and create my own version of events. I go through a complicated and quite difficult journey into the depths of my traumas and uncomfortable situations, to finally see the possibility of a new, better life – life in the present moment.
